Coming to the conference center

By bus and metro

The bus line 72 stops at the cross-road between Bvd. du Triomphe and Av. A. Fraiteur, next to the campus Entrance 2.

The metro line 5 stops at Delta. You can enter the campus from Delta (Note: the Metro entrance of the campus is under work; you have to enter the campus from the surface (next to the fire brigade)).

By train

The train station is Etterbeek. From that station, the conference center is easily reachable in 10 minutes walk. Turn right at the station exit (map). We recommend you walk along the Bd. de la Plaine up to Entrance 2 of the ULB campus.

By car

From E411 (Bruxelles - Namur) : go to the highway's end, called Delta.
At Delta turn left on the boulevard du Triomphe. The campus entrance gate is on the right (in front of a Renaut garage).

From the other highways join the E411 by the Ring. Then enter through Delta.

Note: if you come by the E40 (Bruxelles - Liege), it is better to join the E411 by the ring, the E40 Brussels entrance at Reyers has heavy workroads...

Poster session

The poster boards are 1x2m2 (width x height), suitable for standard A0-sized posters in portrait orientation. Posters can be put on display during the full day of the conference. Participants should print their poster beforehand; no poster printing service will be available during the workshop.

Call for Abstracts – Templates

We cordially invite you to submit a small abstract (max 2 pages) ONLY in PDF format. The templates and all the information can be found in the abstract submission page of the conference. The extended deadline for abstract submission is 7th of May 2019.
